Reservation Policies and Conditions
At CABRÓN, we care for every service so that everyone can enjoy a fair, organized, and punctual experience. By making a reservation, the guest accepts these general conditions.
- Punctuality: we hold the table for 15 min from the confirmed time.
- Cancellations: changes or cancellations must be made with 15 hours notice.
- Groups: from 7 guests, a guarantee may be required; from 10, a group menu applies.
- Estimated duration: 1h 45m (up to 4 guests) / 2h (5 or more) during high demand periods.
- Allergies: please let us know in advance so we can assist you better.
- No-show: future reservations may be limited and charges may apply if a guarantee was requested.
If you need help modifying your reservation or have a special request (anniversary, birthday, table preferences), please contact us in advance so we can manage it subject to availability.

Full policies
- Reservations: may be made through our official channels and are subject to availability. For certain groups, a guarantee may be requested.
- Punctuality: the table will be held for 15 minutes from the confirmed time. After that, the restaurant may reassign it.
- Cancellations: must be made at least 15 hours in advance.
Groups of 7 or more: a card will be requested as a guarantee. In the event of a no-show, a charge of €15 per guest will apply. - No-show: failure to attend may limit future reservations.
- Duration: 1h 45m for tables of up to 4 guests / 2h for groups of 5 or more during high demand periods.
- Group menus: mandatory for groups of 10 guests or more.
- Allergies: must be communicated in advance. The total absence of traces cannot be guaranteed.
- Acceptance: confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of these policies.
